Leadership for the moments that matter

Blake Repine - Keynote speaker

Keynotes • Conferences • Executive forums • Leadership programs • Facilitated conversations

Practical, thought-provoking keynotes and conversations for leaders navigating pressure, responsibility, change and uncertainty.

Drawing on more than eighteen years of military service, senior executive leadership and experience across government, education, health and community organisations, I bring leadership out of theory and into the real world.

My presentations challenge audiences to think differently about how they lead, the responsibility they carry and the effect their leadership has on others.

More than an inspiring story

A strong keynote should do more than energise an audience for an hour.

It should create reflection, challenge assumptions and give people ideas they can apply when they return to their teams and organisations.

My presentations combine lived experience, leadership research and practical lessons drawn from military service, executive leadership, organisational transformation, governance and personal adversity.

I speak honestly about responsibility, pressure, failure, resilience and the human realities of leadership. Audiences leave with a clearer understanding of themselves, the people they lead and the choices that shape organisational culture.

Every presentation can be tailored to the audience, sector and purpose of the event.

Formats

Keynote presentations

Engaging presentations designed for conferences, summits, leadership events and organisational gatherings.

Keynotes can generally be delivered in 30, 45 or 60-minute formats and tailored to the event theme and audience.

Executive and board sessions

Focused conversations for boards and senior leadership teams dealing with complex decisions, organisational change, culture or leadership pressure.

These sessions can include a keynote, facilitated discussion and practical application to the organisation’s current environment.

Workshops and leadership programs

Interactive sessions that allow participants to explore the ideas in greater depth and connect them to their own leadership responsibilities.

Workshops can be delivered as half-day, full-day or multi-session programs.

What audiences can expect

Practical insight

Leadership ideas grounded in real responsibility rather than abstract theory.

Honest reflection

Open discussion of pressure, uncertainty, failure, recovery and the realities leaders face.

Relevant stories

Lessons drawn from military service, executive leadership, governance, community service and high-altitude climbing.

Actionable ideas

Clear principles that audiences can apply within their own teams and organisations.

Every presentation is shaped around the audience. I work with organisers before the event to understand the context, desired outcomes and challenges facing participants.
